Refund and Cancellation Policy
- The customer has the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days after the payment, if the eSIM profile has not yet been installed or activatedon the user’s device.
- Once the eSIM profile is installed on the device, the service is considered fully delivered and no refunds are provided.
- If the eSIM profile fails to activate on the user’s device due to technical issues, a refund or reissue of the eSIM may be provided after contacting support and confirming the issue.
- In case of an incorrect purchase (wrong country, wrong plan, unsupported device), a refund is only possible before the eSIM profile installation.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
